All RFIDKNOW products are warranted against defective material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment. Any product found to be defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced via our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process. RFIDKNOW’s warranty for all products is limited solely to free-of-charge depot repair or replacement, at RFIDKNOW’s discretion, of defective products within thirty (30) days of RFIDKNOW’s shipment to Buyer.
Beyond the initial 30-day period and within the warranty period of a product, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the faulty unit to RFIDKNOW. RFIDKNOW will cover the cost of repairing and shipping the unit back to the customer.
The warranty on the product shall not apply to defects resulting from the following:
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Misuse, negligence, or accident
